Greenvia Labs is a next-generation life-science hub combining Greenvia’s state-of-the-art workspace design and manage by Cosymbio’s scientific expertise to deliver a fully integrated working environment for biotech innovation in Barcelona.
INTRODUCTION
Located in Granvia de l’Hospitalet, Greenvia Labs is strategically positioned within the BioClúster life-sciences district.
It offers 6,350 sqm combining laboratory benches, office seats and common spaces for meetings, calls and coffee breaks. It is designed for innovative life-science companies that still lack resources and equipment and are looking for a professional space to advance their research and development.
WHAT WE OFFER
Greenvia Labs provides flexible laboratory environments equipped for high-level R&D.
The space includes wet benches, fume hoods and shared scientific equipment that enables companies to start working immediately.
Technical rooms are tailored to each client, supported by temperature-controlled storage, access-controlled lab zones, waste management and access to other laboratories in Barcelona such as IGTP or CRG. The hub also ensures compliance with required standards and includes electricity and water costs within the service.
LABORATORY SPACES
Our laboratories are designed to support R&D projects in a secure, flexible and fully equipped scientific environment.
The facility includes specialized rooms – such as cell culture, clean rooms, pre-PCR and BSL2 microbiology – as well as open laboratory zones intended for active research and experimental work. Companies also have access to shared equipment rooms equipped with freezers, ultralow freezers and other essential laboratory infrastructure. In addition, the facility offers open and collaborative laboratory spaces, as well as private laboratories.
